Even though it wasn't the best deal ever to get the $15 of cards for just $3EB, I have 2 weddings, father's day and my sister's birthday coming up. It was timely... Overall, not too shabby. I used the last $1.94 of my gift card. So really, it was just $.62 OOP... I'm ruling at the CVS game!

I didn't realize that the Brita filters were on sale, so I had to throw in a few filler items (mmm... chocolate!) at the last minute. Otherwise, pretty good trip. Glad I waited until later in the week to go shopping because CVS emailed me a coupon on Tuesday or Wednesday. Monday is when I usually do my shopping.

I'm not sure exactly what I requested from General Mills, but when I saw this on Money Saving Mom saying it was in Spanish, I thought I would practice my high school Spanish and request it. And I remembered enough Spanish to make it work. Win!

Roar! I just realized that they didn't scan my $3/2 Rightguard deodorant coupon. Also, I am so glad I read the comments on the blogs I use to do my deal matching. Like some of the readers reported, only $5EB printed on the Bayer instead of $15EB. I knew to check that particular deal extra which could've cost me $10! I also got my $1 for the Green Bag Tag. Good shopping day at CVS!

Lots to donate this week. Spent a whole lot more than usual, but I have $29.99EB to show for it. And I'm going to get reimbursed $32.33 from my flex spending at work (for the Prilosec and Depends... here's hoping they don't think the Depends are for me...). Not too shabby...
