Saved 63% at Safeway

I got all of this stuff for $20.47! A new Safeway just opened up near me and they sent me some GREAT coupons in the mail. Plus there were some pretty good sales going on as well.

Got my best price EVER on Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (my fave!). They were on sale for $1.99 WYB 3 or more and I had coupons that printed off at Giant supermarket. Even though they had the Giant logo on them, they said Manufacturer's Coupon on top, so they took them. That means that I paid $1.50 each for 5 pints of B&J, my absolute best ever! Plus I got a $2 Catalina, something that I didn't realize was going to happen. Fun surprise!

I'm most proud of the Cheerios deal. I got 4 boxes for $1 each which I think is fantastic! I also really was pleased with the Pistachios deal. I was able to combine a Safeway coupon with a manufacturer's coupon with a sale which is something I'm not usually able to do successfully.
